Exceptions for Sealed Hygiene Products<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Certain cosmetic products may\n      be supplied with a hygiene seal\n      or other protective sealing.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      In accordance with the applicable\n      statutory exception, the right\n      of withdrawal does not apply\n      to the supply of sealed goods\n      that are not suitable for return\n      due to health protection or\n      hygiene reasons and that\n      have been unsealed after delivery.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      This exception applies only\n      where the relevant legal\n      conditions are fulfilled.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Not all ACHALA products are\n      necessarily subject to this\n      exception.
