Right to Cancel

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

5. Exceptions for Sealed Hygiene Products

Certain cosmetic products may be supplied with a hygiene seal or other protective sealing.

In accordance with the applicable statutory exception, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

This exception applies only where the relevant legal conditions are fulfilled.

Not all ACHALA products are necessarily subject to this exception. The mere fact that a product is a cosmetic product does not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
